Coconut Milk Powder Supreme™ is a free flowing white powder made from pasteurized and spray dried natural extract of coconut kernel. It has a sweet natural coconut flavor and a fat content of 60-65%.

It can be mixed with warm water to make coconut milk or coconut cream. Equal parts of milk powder and water (by volume) will produce coconut milk with a fat content of approximately 19.5%. One and one fourth parts powder plus 1 part water will produce milk with a fat content of approximately 22.7%.

Originally developed for commercial users in the restaurant and food industry as a shelf-stable natural ingredient which can be used in recipes and formulas calling for coconut cream, it is a great addition to smoothies, desserts, sauces, etc.
