International (non U.S.A.) Orders

We are now able to ship up to 3 lbs  (1.5 l) (1.36 kg) of Coconut Oil Supreme™ for a flat shipping charge of US$17.00 (effective Jan. 22, 2012) (to most countries; we will notify you if International Priority mail is unavailable in your location and advise you of what the shipping cost would be). Larger quantities will be shipped in multiple parcels. Your order will be shipped via International Priority Mail and you can normally expect delivery in 3-10 days. (Please see note below.) The prices below include shipping of US$17.00 for 1-3 lbs., US$34.00 for 4-6 lbs. and US$51.00 for 7-9 lbs. You will realize maximum savings by ordering in 3-lb increments due to the flat rate shipping. 

We are able to offer the economical US$17.00 flat rate for up to 3 lbs. of oil essentially due to a "loophole" in the postal rates. Since the oil is packed in a plastic pouch we are able to fit 3 of the 1 lb (.5 liter) pouches in a flat rate envelope which can be sent for US$17.00 to any destination where International Priority Mail service is available. If we put the same 3 lbs of oil in a box and send it via air parcel post there is a tremendous increase in the postage. For example a 3.5 lb flat rate envelope can be sent to the United Kingdom for US$17.00. The cost to send a 3.5 lb box to the United Kingdom is US$48.55. Because of this huge difference it is not practical to ship anything which won't fit into the flat rate envelope. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY TIMES:   Although the Post Office estimates delivery to most international locations in 6-10 days, it is not guaranteed. International delivery can take as long as 6 weeks, though this is certainly not usual. Although a "tracking" number is assigned to the package it provides little information other than that the package has been received by the Post Office in the U.S. and the day that the package left the U.S. No information is available while the parcel is in transit. Claims for lost parcels cannot be filed for at least 45 days after mailing and once the parcel is in the postal system it is beyond our control.

One pound (.5 liter) of Coconut Oil Supreme™ packaged in a vacuum-style, high oxygen barrier pouch. If the oil is solid, simply place the pouch in a bowl of warm water to melt it. Dry the pouch and then cut off one corner to pour the oil into a wide-mouthed container for everyday use.
