Coconut Oil Supreme™ 1 lb. (17.4 fl. oz.). Packaged in an unbreakable PETE bottle for ease of storage and shipping. If you like to use the oil in a liquid state, just store this bottle in a location where the temperature is above 75°F. You can then pour the oil directly from the bottle. I use this method when adding oil to my morning breakfast smoothie. If you prefer to use the oil in solid form and scoop it out of a container, then simply place the bottle in a bowl of warm water and let stand until the oil is melted and pour it into a wide-mouthed container for easy access.

Kara® Natural Coconut Cream - 200 ml (6.8 fl. oz) Our current inventory of Kara Cream has a "Best By" date of Jan. 12, 2013. This rich tasting cream is made from fresh coconut extract and has approximately 25% fat (coconut oil). It is aseptically packed with no preservatives but does contain natural stabilizers to prevent separation. Each pack contains 200 ml or 6.8 fl. oz. Whips like cream for a delicious and healthy topping. A great topping for fruit, cereal, or for making the ever popular Piña Colada. It has a sweet natural coconut flavor and a fat content of 60-65%. In order to produce this product anti-caking agents must be added. In contrast to most coconut milk powders in the marketplace which are produced for retail consumption and contain up to 15% maltodextrin and sodium caseinate, Coconut Milk Powder Supreme™ is produced for product formulators and contains less than 5% maltodextrin from non-GMO rice or tapioca and traces (less than 1%) of sodium caseinate and/or tricalcium phosphate.It can be mixed with warm water to make coconut milk or coconut cream. Equal parts of milk powder and water (by volume) will produce coconut milk with a fat content of approximately 19.5%. One and one fourth parts powder plus 1 part water will produce milk with a fat content of approximately 22.7%. Originally developed for commercial users in the restaurant and food industry as a shelf-stable natural ingredient which can be used in recipes and formulas calling for coconut cream, it is a great addition to smoothies, desserts, sauces, etc. Available in a wide-mouth half gallon PET jug containing 1.75 lbs. for $29.95.
Kara Creamed Coconut- 200 grams (4 50-gram sachets) Kara Creamed Coconut is now available from Coconut Oil Online. It is packaged with 4 50-gram sachets per box. It is pure creamed coconut (approximately 65% oil by weight) which is similar in consistency to peanut butter. The packaging is more convenient than bulk creamed coconut and we are making it available at a better price too. Personal note: For the past 10 years I have added Coconut Oil Supreme™ to the breakfast smoothie which I make for my wife and myself. Now that we have the creamed coconut I have switched and use it exclusively for the breakfast smoothie. In addition to the coconut oil it also adds fiber and supplies the oil in a sort of "timed release" form. I fill a glass with hot tap water and then put one of the 50-gram sachets in the glass before I start making the smoothies.
