Ordering from Coconut Oil Online

About your online order: For orders received on normal business days (M-F) we attempt to ship within 24-48 hours. Weekend and after-hours orders will normally be shipped the next business day. You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email. If you do not receive acknowledgment of your order or it is acknowledged but not received within 5-7 days (from our location in Ohio even California is 4-5 day delivery) please contact us by email or by phone at 800-922-1744. We attempt to respond promptly to email inquiries. If you do not receive a reply to your email you can assume that we did not receive it. Good service is extremely important to us and we will do everything within our means to ensure that you receive the same type of service which we appreciate when ordering online. We will NEVER share or sell any of the contact information which you provide to us.

The shipping charge is a flat $7.95 for any retail order (less than 48 bottles) shipped to any address in the continental United States (lower 48) (shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Possessions and Military "States" based on weight). If you are placing an order for shipment to an address outside of the United States, please go to International Orders. Since at the flat rate of $7.95 we are subsidizing the shipping cost in most cases, we will ship using the most economical method. You may request a specific shipping method but there may be an additional shipping charge.

"Bargain" shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii using the new flat-rate Priority Mail box from the post office. (See the link in the previous paragraph for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, ...).

When ordering online, please provide a physical address for UPS shipping and a phone number in case we should need to contact you about your order. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us by email or by phone. Due to uncontrollable circumstances in the international market, all prices are subject to change without notice.

International Orders are shipped by International Priority Mail using the flat-rate envelope. We can ship up to 3 lbs. of oil for US$17.00. When you order from the International Orders page the shipping is already included in the price.
